Description

Martello Tower is the only oval-shaped fort in Bermuda.  After 5 years of construction by the British Army, Martello Tower was completed in 1828s built.  Its 9-11 foot thick walls were able to withstand cannon fire. Opening Hours: Summer - 10:00am - 2:00pm Monday-Friday. Winter - appointment booking is required from Parks Department.
