The Charity was founded to promote, celebrate, preserve, and share with ALL OF BERMUDA the rich culture of the Azores Islands, Azorean traditions, and Azorean history in Bermuda. We also acknowledge and appreciate the impact of Azorean culture on Bermuda, and vice versa.

Our Charity believes that it is critical for all Bermudans to celebrate not just who we are now, but also where we have come from. Our Charity's mandate is the Azorean community's commitment to bringing all Bermudans together and erasing past barriers, whether ethnic or otherwise. Our Charity welcomes everybody and encourages the whole community of Bermuda to discover and appreciate everything that Azorean culture has to offer.
