Probation Services falls under the Department of Court Services in Bermuda. Our office is located in Hamilton.

The offenders in our community can be sentenced to probation as an alternative to prison. A typical probation sentence ranges from 12 months to 3 years. There are conditions for all probation orders from the courts and each order is specific to the offender. Offenders can travel with the permission from a manager and need to fill an application when they are on probation. The application must be submitted 4 weeks in advance alongside all of the required documentation.
