Laugh and Dance

Join Nina London and P.A.L.S on Saturday's from 12 pm to 1 pm at Astwood Park for Laugh and Dance. Laugh and Dance is a free class for cancer patients, survivors, family members, and caregivers. You will learn how to stay positive with wonderful Laughter and Dance Therapy. We will dance, laugh, and smile together to feel happy, elevate mood, reduce anxiety and stress, cope with sadness, express emotions and boost the immune system.
