My Sereni-Tea Inner Sanctuary Meditation Course

Beginning Thursday, January 17th, My Sereni-Tea in Bermuda is hosting a 4-week Celtic Sisters’ Inner Sanctuary meditation course. Between the hours of 630 and 830pm each week, attendees will discover how to use meditation to handle stress and find peace, with classes comprising lectures and discussions, meditation and process work.
